The Role
- Assist the Senior Sous Chef in daily operations
- Produce a variety of individual cakes, celebration cakes, mousse cakes and tarts
- Prepare cake components and mixes for the decorating team
- Ensure high standards of consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Background in pastry or cake production within a high-volume kitchen or facility
- Skilled in cakes, mousses, tarts and pastry mixes
- Comfortable with early morning shifts - shifts are 4am to 12pm Tuesday to Saturday
- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team
