Experience supporting commercial, property and/or wills and estates practice groups will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and practice support to our lawyers.
* Manage files, prepare documents, and assist with court filings.
* Coordinate diaries, meetings, and deadlines.
* Communicate with clients and external stakeholders.
* Assist with billing and other administrative tasks.
* Contribute to team initiatives and process improvements.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in support or administrative roles within a law firm setting.
* Strong communication and client service skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
