About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the delivery of our WMS Modernisation program, which is currently in the implementation phase. This multi-year transformation is critical to optimising our supply chain operations. You'll oversee complex workstreams, drive delivery across technical and non-technical scopes, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure the program achieves its objectives.

* Lead and manage ongoing WMS implementation activities across multiple sites
* Maintain strong collaboration, engagement and coordination across multiple delivery streams, internal stakeholders and vendor partners
* Coach and support workstream leads to deliver on time, within scope and budget

This is an 18 month fixed term contract.


About You and Your Skills

You're a seasoned program leader with proven experience in WMS implementation and large-scale supply chain transformation. You excel at influencing senior stakeholders and motivating diverse teams to deliver results in complex environments.

* 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale, complex projects in supply chain or logistics
* Demonstrated success in WMS implementation within retail, FMCG or similar environments
* Formal project management qualification and strong leadership, planning and financial acumen
