About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the team at our Bras N Things Mt Barker Store.
This is a part‐time position at 22 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Leading by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported.
Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
Managing high stock volumes – you're hands‐on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team.
A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you.
Self‐motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods.
Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad‐hoc tasks, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
