Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d) – B2B Coworking SolutionsOn behalf of our partner – a globally leading provider of flexible workspace solutions – we are looking for you as an Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d).
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in the enterprise segment and inspiring potential clients about flexible workplace and office solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify, acquire, and develop new enterprise clients with more than 200 employees.Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline across various industries and regions.Manage the complete sales cycle – from initial outreach and negotiation to successful deal closure.Develop individual account plans to expand revenue potential within existing key accounts.Maintain relationships with senior executives and meet customer needs through customized workspace solutions.Collaborate closely with brokers, real estate consultants, and external partners to expand market opportunities and increase visibility.Work together with regional teams from Sales, Operations, and Product Management to ensure flawless execution of customer requirements.Monitor market trends, analyze customer feedback, and proactively contribute ideas to further develop products and strategies.Prepare activity reports, performance updates, and pipeline forecasts.Your ProfileProven success in B2B sales and/or business development (minimum 2,5–3 years).
A strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently generate and qualify leads.Familiarity with long, complex, and negotiation-intensive sales cycles.Confident interaction with C-level executives and experience in an international environment.Ability to work proactively and independently on a hybrid basis.
