Job Opportunity: Industrial Property Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of high-quality assets.
You will work closely with senior asset management professionals to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and optimal investment performance.
The Role
* Manage day-to-day operations of our industrial properties.
* Coordinate tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent reviews, and make good processes.
* Manage rent rolls, arrears, outgoings budgets, and reconciliations.
* Prepare monthly reporting including financial performance, arrears, vacancy, and maintenance updates.
* Contribute to asset strategy and planning discussions.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal teams.
* Liaise with operations managers to ensure timely maintenance and presentation standards are upheld.
The Candidate
* Relevant tertiary qualification in property or a related field.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial property management.
* Proven lease management and budgeting experience.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder, and conflict resolution skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
