About The Department: Alfred Health Pharmacy is well recognised for high quality and innovative patient-focused services, education and training programmes as well as significant research output.
The department also has a leading Digital Health strategy, playing a pivotal role in managing the electronic medication management system within our comprehensive electronic medical record (Cerner), with an advanced level of integration linking this to the Pharmacy Dispensing (iPharmacy) and Automated Medication Storage systems (Omnicell).

About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary pharmacist to join the Alfred Pharmacy Leadership team. As the Lead Pharmacist – Clinical Innovation, you will drive transformative change in pharmacy services, working closely and collaboratively with the Clinical Service Leads and Clinical Executive Group.

Qualifications & Experience Required
* Registered pharmacist with AHPRA Pharmacy Board of Australia
* Extensive pharmacy practice experience in a tertiary or teaching hospital environment
* Proven leadership skills with experience in service innovation, digital health, or clinical transformation
* Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative models of care
* Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy, health services management, digital health, or related discipline desirable
* Experience in project management or health service redesign desirable
* Demonstrated success in securing support (e.g. grants, partnerships) for innovation projects highly advantageous
