Job Description
* Convert inspiring luxury travel requests into seamless, dream itineraries for discerning clients
* Act as the client's dedicated travel expert from start to finish, delivering a personalised, white-glove service
* Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer care and exceed client expectations
* Confidently use a GDS to create and manage airfare bookings
* Offer professional travel advice, using your expertise to guide and inspire clients
Experience Required
* 2-5 years' experience as a travel consultant with strong luxury or high-end product knowledge
* A proven record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results
* Positive, confident, and proactive approach to client service and sales
* Strong GDS knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for working with airfares
The Package
* Competitive base salary of $70-80k + super + uncapped commission
* Excellent high-earning OTE potential
* Monday - Friday hours (9am-5pm, no late nights or overtime)
* No face-to-face consulting required
* Flexible hybrid working environment
