We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Expeditor to manage a high volume of spare parts orders. The role ensures critical parts are delivered on time, reducing operational risk.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-volume spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Proactively engage suppliers and manage lead times to reduce operational risk.
* Liaise with internal teams and maintain accurate tracking reports in Excel.
* Take ownership of tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Skills and Experience
* Min 5 years + procurement expediting experience, preferably in mining, heavy industry, or similar sectors.
* High proficiency in Excel and Procurement ERP Systems (eg SAP, Pronto) for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
* Able to take full ownership of duties with minimal supervision.
