As part of our QV1 Property Management team, you'll play a key role in shaping the tenant experience of this premium Perth landmark. This is a hands on, diverse, and highly engaging role supporting the Experience & Marketing Manager across all QV1 experience, marketing, and community-building activities.
The Opportunity:
* Support delivery of QV1's placemaking and events program
* Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, catering and on site activation
* Manage QV1's social media channels and content calendar
* Prepare tenant communications across digital screens, building app, signage and monthly eDMs
* Maintain CRM, leasing profiles, and assist retailers with promotions
* Support new tenant onboarding and welcome experiences
About You:
To succeed in this role you will bring:
* Experience in property, community engagement, customer service, marketing, or hospitality
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing or property (desirable)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high performance environment
* A proactive, people focused, and solutions oriented mindset
