What you'll do
Plan and deliver brand campaigns across all channels, including digital, retail and subscription services. You’ll manage promotions, loyalty and the customer engagement strategy, growing brand recognition and repeat sales.
Lead new product development projects, working with R&D to bring fresh ideas to market. You’ll own packaging design, artwork and launch timings, making sure new products hit the right audience.
Track competitor activity and market trends, giving you the insight to shape brand direction and spot new opportunities. You’ll also support export and distribution growth, helping the brand reach new markets.
What you'll need
* Experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG, retail or pharmaceutical sectors
* A track record in campaign execution and new product development
* Confident working across digital channels, including email, social and SMS
