We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day construction of residential projects, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to Beaumonde's high standards of workmanship and presentation.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor with Beaumonde Homes, you'll play a key role in managing residential construction projects from start to finish ensuring every home reflects the high standards Beaumonde Homes is known for.
You'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing all stages of construction to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
* Coordinating trades, suppliers and materials to maintain an efficient workflow on site.
* Ensuring all work meets Beaumonde's high standards for quality, WHS and compliance with approved plans and building regulations.
* Maintaining excellent communication with clients, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth progress and clear updates.
* Using digital tools such as scheduling software, Gantt charts and Microsoft Office to manage timelines and documentation efficiently.
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture built on trust, respect and shared success.
* Liaise with the Construction Manager regarding program, variations, and site issues
* Conduct regular quality checks and ensure defects are addressed promptly
* Ensure documentation and site records are maintained accurately
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality standards
* Sound understanding of Australian building regulations and safety requirements
* Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities effectively
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work within established systems and processes
* Relevant trade qualification or building background preferred
