Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating data collections generated by funding programs within the Community Recovery branch. Your work will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of data used in internal and external reporting.
You will collaborate closely with program managers and staff to facilitate timely data exchange, support reporting requirements for senior stakeholders, and contribute to the preparation of program reports. Clear documentation and guides detailing the reporting and analytical techniques utilized will be required.
This role requires a proactive approach to data management and a commitment to supporting recovery efforts through reliable information.

Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
* Experience in managing and updating data collections
* Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
* Skills in preparing data for reports and responding to information requests
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable with formulas, filters, and manipulating large datasets
* Understanding of Microsoft Power Suite for automation and visualizations is favorable
