Cyber GRC Lead Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Cyber GRC Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Cyber Risk Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment and Authorization Activities: You will be responsible for assessing and authorizing security domains within our enterprise.
* Cyber Security Framework Integration: You will assist with the integration of our Cyber Risk Management Framework into all stages of the development lifecycle.
* Risk Management Collaboration: You will collaborate with project security and engineering teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure risks are captured from across the enterprise.
* Cyber Security Compliance Monitoring: You will lead the continuous accreditation approach with relevant accreditation authorities and prepare and chair working groups with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education: A degree in computer science, ICT/Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
Experience: Significant experience in a cyber security role, with a strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and practices is required.
Certifications: CRISC, CISM, CISSP or other relevant certification is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and recommend effective solutions is required.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
