* Software & Tools:
* Use Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD, plus Microsoft Office and Adobe tools. Follow internal CAD/BIM standards and contribute to workflow improvements.
Key Requirements
* Qualifications: Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Building Design or Architecture (with registration/accreditation as required).
* Experience: 2–5 years in residential design or documentation (DA/CDC/construction).
* Skills: Strong knowledge of planning and building codes, attention to detail, effective communication, time management, and teamwork.
Ideal Candidate
A proactive, detail-focused designer with a solid technical foundation and a creative approach to problem-solving. They'll be confident in preparing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and balancing design quality with compliance — while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
