**About the role**:
Are you a certified Group Fitness Instructor who loves to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals? Do you enjoy creating and delivering fun and effective classes for a diverse range of participants? If you are hard-working and love all things fitness, then we want you!
This role will provide a high quality, engaging group fitness classes to the members of DKHAC and the broader Hobart community. The role's objective is to connect with our community through the power of group fitness to improve the overall health & wellbeing of our community.
Role accountabilities include:
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging group fitness classes to a range of Centre users which include Les Mills Programs, Pilates, Yoga, and other freestyle programs.
- Ensure participant safety by continuously monitoring classes and providing modifications to activities as required.
- Deliver an engaging customer experience to all Centre users.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety practices for Centre users.

**About you**:
We are looking for casual people to join our team who fulfil the below criteria:
- You are energetic and confident
- You are passionate about health and group fitness
- You have an enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn and seek innovative solutions when faced with challenges.
Relevant Industry Qualifications are essential for this role. Qualifications required include:
- Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in fitness to deliver a full range of Group Fitness programs
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
