About The Role
Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 3 (CNC3) – Complex Acute Aged Care to join our team.
In this senior leadership role, you will provide expert clinical coordination, strategic leadership, and specialist consultancy within acute aged care services across the Northern NSW Local Health District.
Working in close partnership with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders, you will drive improved outcomes for older people, their families, and carers by delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care across the network.
The CNC3 will also provide high-level clinical guidance to support best practice and system-wide improvement in complex aged care. This includes reviewing and enhancing practice standards, policies, and procedures to ensure they reflect contemporary, specialist knowledge and deliver safe, high-quality care.
