*Scope of Work:** IMAC/D – Install, Move, Add & Change / Decommission* Hardware Break-Fix – Troubleshooting and coordination with hardware vendor* Desk Side Support – Problem diagnosis and resolution for authorized OS and application software on devices* Spares Management – Stock management at dedicated sites* Printer Support – Basic H&E support and coordination with managed print service provider* New Hire Setup – Windows, Mac, and Linux laptops/desktops* Tech Refresh – Laptop/Desktop upgrades* Asset Collection* Device Procurement Recommendations – Asset forecasting* Break-Fix issues for laptops/desktops* Site Support – Hands-on support for Server Rooms/Data Centres in collaboration with L2 team
*Engineer Skillsets Required:** Minimum 18 months IT experience* Proficient in Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation/troubleshooting, enterprise antivirus solutions, and helpdesk ticketing systems* Mobile device management (iOS & Android), enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via AD* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet SLAs* Excellent communication – fluent in English and local language* Experience installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows XP/7/8.1/10, Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized applications* Basic knowledge of macOS to support Apple users* Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals* Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and workstation issues* Performs general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers
*Team Allocation & Access:** 3 dedicated engineers will be assigned to each site.* Access will be created only for these engineers, and only they are authorized to perform onsite work.
