Trident Services is seeking an experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at Smith Collective on the Gold Coast. This role offers a stable roster and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment.
Roster Details
Non-rotating roster Monday to Friday 1400 - 2200
Responsibilities
* Delivering professional, friendly front-line customer service
* Responding to incidents including medical, emergency, and security events
* Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious behaviour
* Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation
* Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
What you\'ll need
* Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
* Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
* Strong administrative ability
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
