Responsibilities

* Lead briefings, support the kitchen team, and keep events running smoothly.
* Inspire and mentor, welcome new talent, and shape menus with smart costing.
* Deliver safe, fast, and personalised service, meeting dietary needs with care.
* Maintain top hygiene standards and champion quality at every step.
* Reduce waste and drive Hilton's "Travel with Purpose" sustainability goals.


About You

Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered).

Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided).

* An experienced CDP with solid hotel experience, ready to take the next big leap in their culinary career
* Available for weekends and evenings, and ready to hit the ground running.
* Leads with integrity, values transparency, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
