Providing Personalised Support Solutions for Young People
* Direct Care and Supervision in a Residential Setting
* Developing and Implementing Individualised Care Plans
* Supporting Daily Activities, Self-Care Education, and Recreational Activities
* Maintaining a Safe and Positive Living Environment
* Building Trusting Relationships with Young People
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or Eligibility to Obtain
* Availability to Work Full Shift Patterns (Mornings, Evenings, Sleepovers)
* Valid Driver's Licence and Vehicle Access
* Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work
* Experience Working with Young People/Children
