Job Role Overview
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
They must possess excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires excellent attendance and flexibility to work events as scheduled per business need.
* Provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times.
* Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and adhere to state and federal regulations.
* Upsell products to guests and handle cash transactions accurately.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless event execution.
Bartenders are expected to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary.
Maintain knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available and suggestively upsell products to guests.
Must have six months or more experience bartending, accurate cash handling skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
