The Role
This role is responsible for leading a regional surgical sales team while driving commercial performance across the territory. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing regional sales strategies, developing the team, and strengthening relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of surgical sales specialists across the region
* Delivering regional revenue targets and driving sustainable sales growth
* Supporting the team in managing key hospital accounts and building strong relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders
* Developing regional sales plans and ensuring effective execution of sales initiatives
* Analysing sales performance and identifying new opportunities for growth across the territory
* Supporting key customer meetings and complex sales opportunities
* Working closely with ANZ leadership and cross-functional teams to execute commercial strategy
* Representing the organisation at key industry meetings, conferences and customer events
About You
* 5–10 years of medical device sales experience (Must Have)
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Experience working with surgical products or within the operating theatre environment preferred
* Ability to build strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians and hospital stakeholders
* Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities
* Willingness to travel across the assigned region as required
