Role Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Behaviour Support Practitioners. In this role, you will provide support to individuals with complex needs, assisting them to identify their goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing advocacy and support to participants, their families, and carers. Your expertise will be utilised to evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans, ensuring individual goals are met and restrictive practices are eliminated.

* Assist NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning
* Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans
* Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered suitable for this role, you will need:
* Current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Core or Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
* Report writing experience
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Behaviour Support Practitioners
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector
