Our client is a global foodservice manufacturer with a strong footprint across hospitality, pub groups, and multi‐site operators. With continued investment in Australia, the business is focused on expanding its presence across NSW through deeper partnerships with key HORECA customers and targeted new business wins.
An opportunity has been created for a State Key Account Manager – NSW/ACT to take ownership of a high‐value portfolio while driving growth across the pub and hospitality landscape. Reporting to the Head of Foodservice – Key Accounts, this role combines existing account ownership with new business, with a clear focus on building long‐term partnerships across multi‐site operators.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow an established portfolio of national and multi‐site HORECA customers, including major hospitality groups, contract caterers, and foodservice platforms
* Drive new business across pub groups, hospitality operators, and emerging multi‐site customers across NSW
* Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to unlock sustainable, profitable growth
* Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and supply agreements with key customers
* Work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver strong in‐market execution
* Identify and convert new opportunities across targeted growth channels, including QSR (future focus)
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing pub groups, hospitality operators, or multi‐site HORECA customers
* Strong understanding of the NSW pub and hospitality landscape (essential)
* A hands‐on, commercially driven operator who is comfortable both winning new business and growing existing accounts
* Experience working with or through foodservice distributors / route‐to‐market partners
* Confident engaging decision‐makers across venue groups, head office functions, and operators
* Highly self‐sufficient, with the ability to operate autonomously in market
