Your Responsibilities
* Provide an incredible customer experience throughout the sales process.
* Promote the Trade Club Plus program to all new customers.
* Manage stock arrivals and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
* Keep up to date with product knowledge through training and resources.
* Maintain showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy.
* Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S procedures.
* Operate forklift safely to assist with arrivals and dispatch.
About You
* Eagerness to learn – on‐the‐job training provided.
* Naturally positive and thrive in a team‐based environment.
* Hold a forklift license or are willing to obtain one.
* Organised, diligent and a safe operator – housekeeping is important.
* Prioritise safety and reporting to ensure a hazard‐free warehouse area.
* Comfortable with the use of computers and POS systems.
* Capable of handling heavy objects (>25 kg).
* Previous experience in a trade, retail or similar environment is an advantage but not essential.
