We are seeking a Head of Cyber Security Operations to lead and evolve enterprise security operations across a large, complex and highly regulated organisation.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the organisation can detect, respond to and recover from cyber threats, while driving a clear roadmap to uplift cyber capability.
The Role
You will lead the Security Operations function, taking accountability for:
* SOC / Security Operations capability (internal, co-sourced or managed)
* Incident response and cyber crisis management
* Threat detection, monitoring and vulnerability management
* Delivery of a multi-year cyber uplift roadmap
* Embedding security into enterprise architecture and delivery programs
This role operates at the intersection of hands-on cyber operations and executive leadership.
What We're Looking For?
We're looking for a proven cyber operations leader, not just a strategist.
You will bring:
* Experience leading or maturing Security Operations / SOC capability
* Strong incident response leadership in complex environments
* Background operating in large enterprise or regulated organisations
* Ability to translate cyber risk into clear business outcomes
* Proven leadership of cyber teams and operational capability
Experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 or Essential Eight is highly regarded.
