As part of the Centre Leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role supporting and developing Educators & Teachers in your centre.

You'll form strong relationships with children, families and communities, and understand the significance of your role.

About the role

* Assisting in managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
* Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
* Efficiently managing staffing rosters.
* Effectively handling the center's financial requirements in line with budget guidelines.
* Upholding consistent high-quality standards for center presentation and work practices.
* Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.
* Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.

A little about you

* Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
* Previous experience as an Assistant Director in an early childhood setting
* Maintain current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
* Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), as well as proficiency in CCS and QikKids.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.
* Express willingness to facilitate and coordinate ongoing professional development training for educators.
