About the role
As part of the Bathroom Life team, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Full Time and Part Time positions available across Sydney (St Leonards, Balmain, Rosebery, Taren Point and more)
Your day to day
A typical day will involve:
* Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
* Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
* Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
* Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
* Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
* Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
