What You Will Bring
* Experience: 7-10 years of experience in early career employment programs and supporting entry-level employees with diverse backgrounds.
* Skills: Extensive experience in the design and management of early career employment programs, adult learning and development principles, and managing early career employees in a matrix reporting relationship.
* Credentials: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant field such as adult education, business, training & assessment.
