The position is based in Pakenham and Endeavour Hills and expected work hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am-5pm with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Services – Deliver excellent front of house customer service that sets the foundation for each client’s positive experience. We want you to be the catalyst in curating the client experience. Those ‘one percenters’ are the key to delivering on our client experience goals.
Client communication & Leadership – Ensure our clients remain informed, engaged with their imaging procedure and can readily make the connection between the experience we provide and the imaging outcome. Your role in this cannot be understated.
Client reach – Supporting our referring practitioners with focused / personalized marketing needs. Help build client awareness, engagement and education to reflect our clinic core values! You are the primary conduit between our clinic and the outside world. You are the guardian of our brand and our strongest advocate. Full training provided.
Data driven – Using our trackers to give us clarity across our clinic around how to improve daily/weekly/monthly. Then of course, we celebrate our wins when we smash our team and individual targets that bring Excellence to our practice.
The Go To - You are the oil that keeps the motor humming along! The problem solver. You’re the smartest person in the room and you are generally one step ahead of the rest of us, providing the required support to our practitioners before they even recognize that it is needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
