Our client, a well established National Discount Retailer with head office based in Maryland, NSW, is looking for an experienced full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team to manage and coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and sales objectives across the business. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:
Key responsibilities
* Motivate and guide sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team objectives.
* Develop, plan, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to enhance sales, profitability and brand awareness.
* Set sales targets and supervise the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximise an organisation's sales and customer loyalty.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
* Maintain strong relationships with store managers, suppliers, stakeholders, shopping centres and external media agencies.
* Coordinate and manage brand and marketing communication effectively.
* Create, plan, and produce high-quality and engaging content for all channels and different mediums, and create multiplatform advertisements.
Experience and qualifications
* Experience in Retail Industry.
* At least 2 years of proven Sales and Marketing experience.
* Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing methods.
* Must have a strong work ethic, self-starter, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similar is required.
* Photography and videography (both capture and edit).
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce and/or Mailchimp.
* Experience with Project Management platforms such as Trello and/or Asana.
* Knowledge of website management and/or development on a WordPress platform.
* Experience using Canva or similar design software.
