Deliver a sustainable future with WA's landmark urea project!

We are currently searching for a HR BP with a strong focus on reporting to join the Ceres HR Function. This position comes with a view to grow within the team, learning and working alongside seasoned professionals. This position is site-based on a 19:9 rotation.

Responsibilities

* Provide timely, practical advice to site supervisors and project management on all employee and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and disputes.
* Manage and resolve complex workplace investigations in accordance with company policy, the relevant EBA, and the Fair Work Act 2009.
* Interpret and apply the project Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), Modern Awards, and applicable legislative instruments.
* Liaise with unions, employee representatives, and Fair Work Commission as required.
* Monitor and proactively manage emerging ER risks on site.
* Coach and support supervisors and frontline leaders in managing underperformance, conduct, and behavioural issues effectively and lawfully.
* Lead or support formal performance improvement processes, show cause procedures, and separation processes.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field highly regarded.
* 5+ years' experience in the HR space, ideally within a construction environment.
* Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site.
