As a Fleet Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fleet sales process, from initial enquiry through to delivery and post-sale support. You'll represent some of Australia's most trusted automotive brands and work closely with local business communities to identify new opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets in fleet sales and delivery volumes
* Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets in dealership-specific KPIs and performance metrics
* Proactively identify and develop new fleet sales opportunities through industry research and local networking
* Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing business clients
* Provide exceptional service when quoting, processing orders, and coordinating vehicle deliveries
* Support the ongoing needs of existing fleet accounts, ensuring high retention and repeat business
* Deliver a seamless, professional experience aligned with our dealership's commitment to excellence
About You
You are a relationship builder with strong commercial acumen and an eye for opportunity. You bring a professional, service-focused attitude and have a genuine interest in helping businesses find the right automotive solutions.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in fleet, corporate, or automotive sales (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
* Confident with quoting, CRM systems, and order processes
* Driven to exceed targets and deliver customer satisfaction
* A current Australian driver's license
