Alya is looking for support workers to provide community access and support to a Youth participant located in Warwick. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, are excellent communicators, and are able to work 2 or more shifts per week which are of 2 hour duration with this youth participant.
Specific availability will be:
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 3.20pm to 5.20pm
Friday 3.30pm to 5.30pm (alternate weeks)
Alya are a registered NDIS provider of disability support services specialising in mental health, psychosocial disorders, youth, and complex physical and intellectual disability presentations. Alya also works with Queensland Government departments by providing community access and support to children in Child Safety placements.
Our Support staff not only support our participants with in-home care and community access, they also work with them to develop their life goals - empowering participants to live a meaningful, beautiful, developing life.
If you have strong values around care, service and personal development, and have a great ability to build trust-based relationships with those around you we would love to hear from you. You may also have lived experience of disability, or be working as a Support Worker, perhaps you have experience of providing disability, youth or community support.
