People & Culture Administrator

About The Role

We're looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join the team and provide reliable, efficient HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a hands‐on role that supports the day‐to‐day running of People & Culture, helping ensure processes are completed accurately, on time, and in line with best practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

General HR Administration

* Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date employee records and HR systems
* Monitor and respond to the People & Culture inbox in a timely manner
* Ensure personnel files are complete and compliant with legal requirements
* Assist with developing and maintaining HR templates, processes, and procedures

Recruitment

* Support the Recruitment Advisor with day‐to‐day recruitment activities
* Coordinate interviews, pre-employment checks, and employment documentation
* Step in to manage recruitment tasks when required
* Help deliver a smooth and positive onboarding experience

HR Systems and Reporting

* Maintain HR data integrity and system accuracy
* Assist with HR audits and reporting
* Collect and prepare HR data as needed

Other Duties

* Provide general administrative support to the wider team
* Assist with urgent tasks and respond to internal and external enquiries
* Take on additional duties in line with your skills and experience

What You'll Bring

* Qualification in Human Resources (or currently working towards it)
* Previous experience in HR administration, ideally with some recruitment exposure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well organised, with good time management and attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
* Comfortable using HR systems and general IT tools
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
* Takes initiative and has a proactive approach
