A leading renewable energy solutions provider seeks a Sales Leader to drive growth and accelerate the transition to sustainable energy.

* Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals in Melbourne and regional VIC, promoting innovative heat pump solutions and other energy-efficient products.
* Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions to potential customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
* Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their performance.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our solutions and services.
