About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time New Product Development & Innovation Manager. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Commercial Sales – Greater China, this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing skills and develop your career in this field. This role will require you to:
* Develop and deliver multiple product concepts tailored to the China market, ensuring alignment with local consumer trends and CBEC platform requirements
* Liase with marketing to co-create concepts optimised for Chinese digital channels
* Provide formulations and solutions for marketing concepts
* Assist with aligning product development to business initiatives
* Work with permitted indications/therapeutic claims
* Drive multiple projects on different timelines
Skills and Experiences:
About you
You will be a qualified and experienced naturopath or nutritionist with a minimum of 5 years experience with evidence-based knowledge in complementary medicine, food and/or other related products. To be successful in the role you will also have:
* Exceptional organisational and planning skills
* Attention to detail
* Project management experience – Stage Gate experience preferable
* Strong analytical and interpretation skills
* Solid understanding of the TGA, FASANZ, Medical Device, OTC, cosmetic and other regulatory requirements and guidelines
