Karratha Health Campus is a modern, state-of-the-art hospital located in Pegs Creek, Karratha, WA. Officially opened in 2018, it is the largest regional health investment in WA and serves as the main healthcare hub for the Pilbara region. The campus includes a 40-bed inpatient unit, emergency department, surgical theatre, maternity and birthing suites, medical imaging (including CT), outpatient and allied health services, telehealth facilities, and a rooftop helipad. It is designed to withstand extreme weather and integrates Indigenous culture into its design. A four-chair dialysis unit opened in 2025. The facility supports a wide range of clinical and non-clinical roles in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
