About the Job
There is an exciting opportunity with the Project Management and Building team for an Administration Officer. This position is to provide administrative support to the Manager Projects & Buildings, Project Manager and Senior Project Administration Officer. The role will assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports and procurement in relation to Shire projects and building maintenance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Reception and public relations duties and resolution of minor counter and telephone enquiries, including accessing the internal CRM system.
* Prepare project funding acquittals and milestone reports
* Typing of reports, agendas, correspondence, minutes and notes for Supervisors.
This is 2-year fixed-term full-time position, working 38 hours per week.
About you
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
* Demonstrated experience tracking financials/budgets
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including letter writing and report writing skills.
* Ability to work within a team environment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Benefits
Salary: $67,323.00-$70,095.00 per annum dependant on relevant skills and qualifications.
