* Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential for this position.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
* A strong focus on customer service and sales is crucial in finding solutions to customer concerns and issues.
* Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (product usage, purchases, etc.) are necessary.
* Strong computer skills with the ability to operate across multiple platforms are also required.
