Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Tech Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairing complex technical issues.
This role involves working on various technical tasks, including software-based upgrades, configuration changes, and component-level repairs. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical equipment using computer-based test programs and general-purpose test equipment.
The Tech Support Specialist will work under general supervision and direction, with a focus on ensuring all devices within the network are operational and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of daily work accomplished, suggesting ways to improve methods and procedures, and identifying and resolving problems related to electromechanical machinery and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
* Knowledge and understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) system
* Able to perform a variety of technical duties, including remedial and preventative maintenance of customer equipment and assets
* Knowledge of diagnostic systems to debug and isolate complex faults to component level
