This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic Events and Marketing Team, driving the development of innovative marketing and communication strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating special events and maintaining the school's brand.
About the Role
* Assist in maintaining the school's visual identity and produce high-quality marketing materials.
* Compile and distribute the fortnightly parent newsletter, ensuring accuracy and timely circulation.
* Maintain the school's website content and social media presence, engaging with the wider community.
* Provide event support for key events, including Graduation, Academic Awards, Open Day, and Farm Day.
* Fulfill internal requests for photography and videography, capturing regular school events.
* Generate and manage content for the school's TV screens as part of its communications strategy.
* Procure branded marketing collateral in line with government guidelines and departmental policies.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff and external clients.
* Manage Marketing email inbox.
