Marketing and Communications Leader
This is a dynamic role that requires an innovative thinker to lead the marketing strategy for high-profile events across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to engage with attendees, exhibitors, and stakeholders.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, exhibitor bookings, and brand awareness.
* Manage and support a small in-house team working across web content, email marketing, social media, and graphic design.
* Act as a key marketing point of contact for global exhibiting brands, coordinating delivery of marketing assets and co-branded content.
* Own and optimize performance across all digital channels, including paid and organic social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and eDMs.
* Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and design across all channels and campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and apply learnings to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or events-related roles.
* Demonstrated success in running integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong working knowledge of paid media and performance tracking.
* Confident in CRM and CMS platforms.
* Excellent copywriting and content production skills.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and client-facing workflows.
* Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.
* Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
