A leading builder of transportable homes is seeking a contract house installation crew to perform house installations and related building works in various western and regional locations throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
The position provides an exciting prospect to travel to sites and properties throughout Western & Regional areas completing house installations. A flexible schedule and competitive building rates (including travel) is offered to a suitably qualified team. Great support and technical training is available to suitable applicants.
Responsibilities
- Footing excavation and installation
- Stump site welding
- Various carpentry finishing works
- Installation of kit carports and verandahs (including roofing)
Requirements
- Own contracting/construction vehicle
- QBCC licensed builder or carpenter
- Awareness and compliance with WPH&S; requirements
- Registered company and relevant insurances
