The role includes a mix of treatment room duties and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with treatment room procedures (wound care, immunisations, ECGs, ear syringing, dressings, etc.)
* Supporting chronic disease management, including health assessments and care plans
* Managing recalls, reminders, and patient follow-up
* Maintaining cold chain processes and infection control standards
* Collaborating with doctors and reception staff to ensure efficient patient flow
* Providing patient education and support in a warm, professional manner
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in General Practice is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
