Are you an enthusiastic, dedicated person looking for an opportunity to work as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care tailored to the needs of your client group.
Duties include assisting and promoting independence with any of the following as required:
- Personal care including assisting with hygiene, dressing and grooming
- Mealtime assistance, washing, and supporting residents with activities of daily living
- Monitoring and document changing needs to ensure currency of care plans
- Transportation to community and medical appointments as required
- Maintaining cleanliness of living spaces
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities tailored to their individual needs and goals
- Facilitating activities related to health and wellness

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Be willing to commit to a 12-month traineeship program
- Must have current or willing to undergo a police check
