You must be highly organized, comfortable with learning new technology, discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service regarding all enquiries from our residents, staff, family and friends that come to the residence both face to face and over the phone. You will be completing the full range of front desk and administrative support and follow up.
Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable.
