Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA Div 1 Nursing registration
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Commonwealth Home Support or District Nursing
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with My Aged Care portal and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
