About The Role We are looking for passionate and reliable people to join our team. Whether you are welcoming guests at the counter, preparing meals in the kitchen, or working the charcoal grill, you will be part of a team that delivers great food and great service every time. We have opportunities available across three key areas: Front of House (FOH) As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of El Jannah. You will take orders, pack meals, serve guests and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You will bring positive energy, deliver friendly and efficient service, and make every guest feel welcome. Back of House (BOH) As a Back of House Team Member, you will prepare high quality menu items including burgers, rolls, salads and fried products. You will ensure food safety, maintain a clean and organised kitchen, and work efficiently with the team to meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Charcoal Cook (Age restrictions apply) As a Charcoal Cook, you will take charge of our signature charcoal chicken station, ensuring every product is cooked safely, consistently and to recipe specifications. You will maintain cleanliness, follow food safety procedures, and uphold the quality that defines the El Jannah experience.
